Cascara Sagrada is a non habit forming, gentle formula supporting bowel regularity. Cascara sagrada influences intestinal contraction and promotes the emptying of the colon.
Cascara can be helpful when haemorrhoids and piles are present as it supports soft and painless bowel movements.

Recommended dose:
Adults: Take 2 capsules with a meal twice daily
