Allcare Twist And Flex Bar

Our flexible exercise bar is a lightweight portable exerciser designed to work hand, wrist, forearms and fingers to improve grip and upper extremity strength by simply bending and twisting the bar.

The Allcare Flexibar is available in three colour coded progressive resistance strengths to reflect user capability: Light (Yellow) Medium (Red) and Heavy (Green).  Each bar measures 31cm in length and has a ridged surface for enhanced grip during use.
